The first part of this session is about questions regarding the instructions. I want to make sure that everybody understands the technique and does not have questions about the technique itself. Therefore, we start off with this, so that everybody can practice correctly.
Sharing
The second part of this session is sharing your experience. There are several reasons why this is good:
People can give you feedback
You are more open to what you experience if you share
It motivates you to practice more
After you have shared your experience, you can ask questions about your experience as well. The intention here is to have a group discussion and not for me to answer them.

If there is time left, I will also give a guided meditation for people who want it!
